Outlook crashes with fault in ntdll.dll but the only fix is to rebuild local profile So I have been having this problem with Outlook in Office 2016 (O365 installed) that has been happening to random users on different models of HP laptops and desktops. The description for Event ID ( 1000 ) in Source ( Microsoft Internet Explorer ) could not be found. Again I note the ntdll.dll is the faulting module.

I need to keep the thirdparty extensions as I use toolbar for RoboForm and it does not show if that is disabled.
